UPDATED 4/24/04

NEW Waltham District Court Judge Flynn who is hearing the Commonwealth's pretrial motions and charges against Ms. Erickson since July, 2003 has been named a Defendant in a Federal Lawsuit Ms. Erickson filed against the Town of Watertown naming Judge Flynn and his clerk for their negligence and inexcusable lack of consciousness and professionalism in his issuance of a search warrant under the circumstances of a unwarranted home intrusion. The Clerk was approached by his police officer buddies for a severe form of public intrusion and invasion of privacy, the search warrant fraudulently acquired from a series of unwarranted searches of Ms. Erickson's apartment where Watertown Police entered her apartment and remained for 45 minutes rummaging through her personal effects and taking photographs - similarly to the actions of the authorities on Beacon Hill. Ms. Erickson's Federal lawsuit filed in June 2003 claiming numerous civil rights violations names Judge Flynn, but despite the obvious conflict of interest Judge Flynn refuses to Recuse himself, - many people believe "His personal conflict of interest not only warrants his Recusal but his Clerk Magistrate is named a Defendant aswell as numerous law enforcement persons whom he sees in his court everyday" "it's obvious Judge Flynn is trying to manipulate the outcome of these charges against Erickson to benefit himself and his co-workers for their mutual benefit. NEW COURT DATE 5/11/04

Attorney William Brownsberger finds that the Animal Rescue League who is maliciously holding on to Ms. Erickson's beloved Persians refuses to adequately provide necessary medical care and attention to her beloved Persians. While Ms. Erickson cries for the return of her "babies" the ARL will not and neglectfully denies her purebred and genetically unique and valuable Persians from love and attention by staff, claiming that the staff only enters their cages twice a day and avoids contact (necessary tender loving care) that they are so used to being showered with by Ms. Erickson. The ARL's position is to euthanize instead of providing the Persians with adequate medical and tender loving care. Medical records show that the ARL refusing to provide adequate basic care and has given these highly valuable purebred Persians diseases that had not had when they were seized. The ALR's states "We don't feel we should keep housing these cats, we have the authority to euthanize them" Mr. Brownsberger requested of the Court to Order that the ARL not euthanize these beloved Persians and the Court did just that, ARL is Court Ordered not to euthanize Ms. Erickson's Persians

It's been found that the ARL has received $1,000.00's of dollars in donations acquired under the false pretenses that the donors believe it is for rescuing animals, and or providing medical treatment this is just not so. Less then 1% of the donors dollar goes to providing services to rescue animals. During the year 2003 the ARL received more donations then it has ever received doubling and tripling the previous years donations. It is estimated that nearly 10 million dollars has been donated as a direct and subsequent result of the ARL's involvment in the accusation of animal abuse against Ms. Erickson and the seizure of her beloved Persians. It is also estimated that the ARL has spent less then .0001% of the extra donations it received as a direct result of Ms. Erickson's incident on the actual care, housing and medical expenses provided to Ms. Erickson's Persians and while it believes that it can indiscriminately euthanize, fail to provide adequete medical care and continue to defraud the public it also fails to provide the Attorney General's Office Division of Public Charities the required yearly filing of 2003, now over due since March 18th, 2004.

The ARL is making a hugh profit in defrauding the donors, while it seeks out other ruses to stage an alleged animal rescue, inviting the public to allegations of animal abuse by encouraging the media to attend raids on animal breeders homes and the subsequent seizures of these animals in a great show to drum up more donations. The ARL works hard to find opportunities to get in media, it should be brought under federal investigation and reorganized for the actual benefit of animals.

The Watertown Apartment

Watertown Apartment at the beginning of the unlawful search

Ms. Erickson was targeted by the Watertown Police who secretly entered Ms. Erickson's apartment on May 5th, 2003 through the back door while numerous reporters stood outside at the front door of her Watertown apartment. While the Watertown Police secretly searched her apartment in the dark for 45 minutes, stepping on cats, opening doors, searching her cabinetts, draws and basement. In the process they dropped a small black kitten killing it. Then called more police who entered secretly taking photographs, and staying in her apartment inexess of 45 minutes.

The unwarranted ruse produced a collaboration with the animal rescue league, two fraudulent affidavits that allegedly supported a search warrant and on 5/7/04 the Watertown Police and Animal Rescue League came to Erickson apartment to take all her cats and kittens with a search warrant that limited them to seize cats that were being denied sustenance. Although inside Ms. Erickson's apartment nearly 100 lbs of high quality cat/kitten food.

The ARL motives were clear it wanted to take Erickson's beloved Persians and euthanize them, ruin Erickson's reputation while not caring and/or being incompetent about the well-being of her cats, kittens and newborns. To date nearly all the baby kittens were euthanized by the incompetent ARL who didnt have the skill and/or knowledge requisite on the care and husbandry of purebred Persian colony. Their incompetence is obvious from the numerous photographs demonstrating their repeated handling of newborn kittens with dirty leather gloves, purebred kittens in a cat colony and many of the cats to only have an acquired immunity - a concept all vets, and animal control officers should be aware of except for the ARL. 1/3 of the adults have died from euthanazia where their autopsie reports indicates acute stress, acute disease from shelter living as the basis for their death.

Ms. Erickson's clean kitchen being searched, notice the Persians are relaxed as they are not the expressed victims of animal abuse.

and the kitchen immedaitely after the search

This photo is of Ms. Erickson's front room it is obvious there is only a few items in her apartment and here there are cat toys and a carrier.

The playroom has a few clean cages to separate some of the adults during portions of the day to inhibit unwanted matings, and these cages are clean, have toys and lots of light .

See the tribute to those kittens killed by the incompetent Animal Rescue League and why the Federal District Court did not prevent their murderous quietus.

On 6/20/03 the Animal Rescue League killed Ms. Erickson's most beloved Persian Fractured Star. The autopsy report indicates that she died of drowning and dehydration. Fractured Star had been in the hands of the ARL for over a month and apparently denied her water then drowned her. The ARL knew that Fractured Star was Ms. Erickson's favorite Persian and was the first adult to be euthanized outside of the newborn baby kittens that it starved.

My beloved Fracture Star you will never leave my heart, you will remain there forever.
