Ms. Erickson was a target of harassment and retaliation from a wealthy Beacon Hill Watertown Apartment Search May 7th, 2003
QUESTION
Ms. Erickson who also lived in Watertown, MA with her prized purebred
Persian pride has been harassed by the Animal Rescue League of Boston for years.
WHY WAS THE APARTMENT IN WATERTOWN CONDEMNED?
The above photograph was taken at the beginning of the search of her Watertown apartment. Notice the many Persians (typical of a breeders home) out for their morning play and socializing, but also notice the white floor, white countertops and clean appearance - no staining, no cats running and hiding (a scared behavior typical of abused cats) the Persians are walking around relaxed and unafraid of strangers as they grew up in a home of compassion and trust.
QUESTION
WHY WERE THERE DEAD CATS?
Ms. Erickson preserved her Persians, both kittens and adults prefering to bury them in her own property. And could not
bury them during the winter months.
QUESTION
WHY DIDNT THE FEDERAL COURT ACT - Because the Federal Court in Massachusetts appears to favor alleged State Officer
(judges, police, animal officers) in the face of misconduct, in the face of the obvious violations to the Constitution
On June 9th, 2003 Ms. Erickson standing alone in defense of her beloved Persian family, holding the
photographs and affidavits related to the fraudulently acquired search warrant that violated her 4th and 14th Amendment
rights requested relief from the non-compassionate Federal District Court Judge Nancy Gertner to prevent the murderous future actions of the Animal Rescue League from killing and destroying
the lives of Fractured Star, Beamer, Cuddles, China Princess, Kisses, My Love, Precious, Sweet Pea, Marquette, and others. With obvious corruption Judge Gernter
Requesting injunctive relief to remove Erickson's Persians from the incompetent care of the Animal Rescue League when Judge Gertner
declared "I'm here to protect the Constitution" - she obviously forgot that includes Ms. Erickson's 4th and 14th Amendment rights.
Judge Gertner's actions denying Erickson her right to argue her Motion for preliminary Injunction,
in face of the Defendants admitted violations, outraggeous and appeared more like a judicial payoff then
the conduct of an officer of the United States Court.
My beloved Fractured Star died on 6/20/03 the ARL drown her - it could have been prevented, she could have been saved. Fracture Star you will never leave my heart, you will remain there forever.
