Heidi K. Erickson, a Harvard educated 3rd generation Persian breeder seen hereinabove, VICTIM OF POLICE MISCONDUCT, violations to her 4th Amendment rights while persons who she thought neighbors heard, watched and did nothing but gossip about a different problem, one that could only explain why there was police misconduct, an excuse to give the government the authority to break in, rummage through and totally deprive another of their rights, property and protections - it must be that Ms. Erickson crazy, weird and different. She had no rights. She was different, odd and disturbed.

Ms. Erickson is not suffering any mental illness, but has been hospitalized for stress induced chest pains where the emergency room has no questions as to Ms. Erickson mental competency.

Ms. Erickson plainly struggles against a corrupt government, while her alleged neighbors wish to believe that something else could cause such harms. "We all need and would like to believe in those who we have entrusted the authority to protect us" "We all would like to believe the media in everything that they write is true", but that is not reality, pictures do speak a thousand words. Believe what you see, think ask questions. It just might be that the government could do such terrible things that they had just done in plain view and on Beacon Hill with a younge women who lived alone with a few cats and a Great Dane who was dying of cancer, yes right in your own back yard on Beacon Hill. And if you think that this same violation of your 4th Amendment rights, false accusations and malicious rumors meant to destroy your reputation can't happen to you, your just kidding yourself while saying it always happens to someone else.

But it did happen, the government did enter Ms. Erickson's home, without an emergency, and stayed inside her home rummaging through her belongings for hours and days without a search warrant, then took everything Erickson owned and still today has Erickson cannot get her belongings back. Finds that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts destroys the evidence to prove Ms. Erickson innocent of any crimes, allegations of a messy apartment. The City claimed that Ms. Erickson's apartment should be condemned because it was a little messy as a result of her packing, and moving! Outraggeous. Everyone, who condons this governmental conduct should have this happen to them, that would be restitution!
