The Beacon Hill Cat Lady

Ms. Erickson's was targeted at her Beacon Hill Apartment. The ISD has a problem that no photograph of the 100's that were taken by them support their allegations. The photographs show a mess of items appearing like the occupant was preparing to move as there are packed boxes, missing fixtures, a bed frame and no mattress, etc. While the ISD pranced in front of news cameras drapped in gowns and masks the media received all the display for dramatic effect. While the ISD search Erickson's apartment they searched her closed door refrigerator and freezers, unwrapped and photographed items that were stored frozen. The ISD maliciously gave these photographs to the media for no reason but to display their now unwrapped bodies in vulgar manner to emotionally hurt Erickson. Those images should never have been released to the public the purpose was not to show any condition that would support their allegations that the apartment required condemnation, the frozen cats and kittens were not found outside of the freezers in the apartment and they knew Erickson would suffer tremendous emotional stress by the display and they knew that the images would draw both media frenzy and public attention. The ISD and Animal Control was manipulating the media and gave an enormous amount of false and fraudulent information to reporters.

The photos taken by the ISD of the interior of Ms. Erickson's Beacon Hill apartment shows no evidence to support their claim to condemn, no cat was found dead on the floor, there was no animal waste or filth on any surface in the apartment. The photos do support Erickson's claim that she was moving, with boxes stacked up. Just a few weeks prior to April 27th, 2003 but before Ms. Erickson filing in Federal Court Judge Winik of the Boston Housing Court had made an unexpected visit to Ms. Erickson's Beacon Hill apartment. Judge Winik, unannounced, observed Ms. Erickson's apartment for 20-30 minutes noted nothing out of the ordinary, no odors, no filth, no problems with the dog and/or cats.

My sweet babies taken by the Animal Rescue League who knew they didnt know how to care for a colony of purebred Persians. This photograph taken at my Beacon Hill apartment weeks before the unwarranted search.
